Adopted this boi from Glitchy-Wolf I couldn't really resist xD
Also I don't know if it's easy to tell or not but he's winking in this pic, he hasn't lost his other eye or anything

Backstory: He was born in Sinnoh, bred by a breeder intrigued by the idea of rare Pokemon hybrids resulting from breeding. She was ecstatic to find out she had bred one of the world's few hybrids, and it looked just as cool and cute as she hoped it would. But she opted for the cool route and called him Vasilius, especially due to it's pecular bright red, almost glowing eyes. Vasilius, from the moment he was born, had longed for freedom however. The breeder was only able to take a few pictures and videos before Vasilius decided to teleport away to a nearby route, and even with her thorough searching, he was never seen again. It was in the wild that he met Sneaky and became good friends with them, for their similar personalities, confidence and hobbies.
Personality: One big word to describe Vasilius is cocky. He is extremely confident in his abilities and will often show off his Psychic typing by levitating all the time, for pretty much no other reason but to look cool.
Weaknesses: Vasilius is born with the eyes of an Abra, but the natural instinct to keep them open of a Meowth. He has very limited vision, almost blind. He also cannot sense where people are as well as an Abra, but he has good hearing thanks to having the ears of a Meowth.
Likes: Stealing things with Sneaky, Citrus Pokepuffs, winning a battle, being complimented on his fighting skills
Dislikes: The cold, being owned by someone, losing a battle, being called full of himself, being called cute
